Hey
Just about every time I run my shoes scuff my ancles up pretty bad. Just kinda makes a calis on the upper part of my heal and gets really sore. Well the other day I bought a new pair of shoes and about 20 minutes into my run I looked down and my ancles were bleeding a little. I finished up the run anyway (I was a few miles from home) and when I got home my shoes and socks looked like they came out of a horror movie
I would have posted a pic but it was pretty graphic haha
Anybody know of a way to avoid this? They are really sore today so I didn't get to go for a run![Frown :( :(](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
