My Running Schedule

Aight so I started doing runs round my local park, it's a square and there's bout 160m (approx) in length and width.

So I run one side then have a 5 second break to rest. Then I run another side and continue this routine (I sprint the 4th side) til I've finished the square at which point I take a 15 second break for water and rest. I continue this for as long as I can. Any flaws?
 
sounds like good interval training to me. Want to challenge yourself, try this nice 4m exercise:

20s sprint
-10s rest
... do that 8 times ... full working in only 4 minutes :)
 
I would just say that the 5 second break is too short. Part of the reason for the break is for recovery, but you need enough time for that to actually occur.
