My run

My runs are 5km (3miles). I was on one yesterday and I took a different route and it probably worked out to around 6km but my question is this :
When I got home from the run everything was dandy till about 20 minuts later and my leg from my knee on the left side up to my hip joint or w/e had a really bad surge of pain through it almost like a pinched nerve and i was forced to limp it was involentary. Today I woke up and its like 90% better. What could that of been from ?

My other question was basically this : When I run for the first couple of minuts my ankles are VERY weak. I'v colapsed a couple of times actaully lol. I don't know why ether its like they sees up on me or something and after a few minuts there dandy. What could this be from ?

Are you Streching?
I strech before and after running. A lot of people over look it, it's important nevertheless.
 
I jump really quick about 10 times before running, it seems to help.

My legs hurt during the first few minutes of my running, but it goes away...
