My routine.

Hello!

I'm 15, 185 cm (a bit less than 6'2"), 63.5 kg (140lb)

I will follow a workout routine but I'm not sure how many times a week.

Running would be Monday: 5Km in 18 mins, Tuesday 45 Min easy, Wednesday rest, Thursday 5Km in 18 mins, Friday rest, Saturday 45 Min easy, Sunday rest.

The workout would be:

Rope skipping to warm up
20 Chin ups
100 Mountain climbers
100 Calf raises
100 Squats
100 Crunches
100 Pushups
Maybe some rope skipping

I don't know how many times a week I should do the workout for adequate recovery;I was thinking like Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Any suggestions?

P.S. I don't want to be all buff; I just want to be like lean and fit.
 
I'm no runner but you may want to start with just two days a week, seam like a heavy workout with all the running (again I'm no runner). I would not do it on your off days for running. Double up on two days and see how you feel.

Maybe tuesday and Sat your easy days and before your rest.
