Ok im new here so to start off i want to create a good routine so heres the background info im 5'10 200 LBs my biceps are getting shape (i mainly work those out) no triceps and a stomach . i only work out at home but i wanted to join a gym so so far heres my routine with my home equipment
5 minute warm up (jumping jacks, stretching)
15 LB dumbbells both arms 3-5 reps 15 each
Crunches 3-4 reps of 25-35
(im not used to this one but i try) pushups 1-2 reps of 5-10
i want to train my chest, abs triceps biceps and pec's can u give me advice?
i might not understand all terms and if its an excercise can u post me a link with video or sumding on how to do it correctly ? i appreciate all advice and help!!!!
