My Regiment

Hi

Im 17, bout 5' 6" or 5' 7" Weigh in around 145 - 150

My Regiment right now is:

Monday - Chest, Back 1Hour
- Incline Dumbbell Press Chest
- Flat-Bench Dumbbell Press Chest
- Flat-Bench Dumbbell Flye Chest
- Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown Back
- Pulldown to the Front Back

Tuesday - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 1Hour and Half - 3Hours

Wednesday - Shoulders Legs 1Hour
- Bent-Over Lateral Raise Shoulders
- Seated Dumbbell Press Shoulders
- Seated Dumbbell Lateral Raise Shoulder
- Sitting Leg Curls Legs
- Lying Leg Curls Legs
- Leg Press Legs

Thursday - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 1Hour and Half - 3Hours

Friday - Bi and Tri
- Incline Dumbbell Curl Bi
- Supinating Dumbbell Curl Bi
- Alternating Dumbbell Curl Bi
- Dumbbell Kickback Tri
- Triceps Dip Tri
- Seated Two-Hand Overhead Extension Tri
- Anything Abs

Saturday and Sunday - Rest day unless I cant stand jsut sitting at the computer


I wanna lose the kind of extra skin I have around my mid section and get a bit bigger

Maybe like 20 - 30 Pounds

Just wondering if there is maybe a better regiment you can come up with or a more detailed if anyone can spare the time for some help
