My progress

Ok-my goal was to bulk up but still keep a six-pack at the same time. My starting weight was 155 lbs. and now i'm up to 159. So I'm assuming i've gained some muscle.

Today I went to the gym and worked out for about an hour. I got over 9 hours of sleep today so I feel pretty good. Most of the exercises I do at the gym are full body so I end up using my core muscles no matter what. I also did some bicep and tricep exercises along with the full body exercises.
 
If your goal is to put on lean mass I'd ditch the FB workout and go with a split routine. Hit the muscle hard, feed them, rest them, then watch them grow.
 
Unless you composed a break-through development of keeping a six pack while in your bulking stages then I'd really like to know that.

The purpose of bulking is to gain good lean mass.. and turn it into muscle.. Meaning you will be gaining weight, but in a good sense.. Your 6 pack will come back once you have finished your bulking stages, and start cutting. I don't see a reason why you would want to keep a 6pack when your bulking? Because a person of your physique will need to gain weight. Thus will hide your 6 pack..
 
Today I hit the gym and worked my upper body and core. I hurt my achille's tendon in cross country last week so i am staying away from leg exercises until I see the sports medicine guy tomorrow at 9 am. It's been several days until today since I lifted, so I have a little catching up to do. Hopefully I'll be able to return to cross country and continue conditioning. I'll just have to wait until i hear what the doctor says about my ankle.
