Hello, quick story made short, disabled - can walk but not far or long enough for exercise.
I get a date through mid october saying I am going to have an operation on 1st november - it was 3 weeks exactly before the day of hospital.
So, I though I will push myself whatever goes wrong they will fix - with a longer recovery. So I pushed myself in 3 weeks I lost 6 pounds.
I am now recovering, and this is where the news gets good, I am still exercising, okay I am in a wheelchair but at least I am getting something right?
I stood on the scales thursday, and the result was shocking, I never expected to loose a further 11 pounds.
So, In something like 6 weeks I have lost 17+ pounds - most likely more if I weigh myself again.
My BMI was 39.50 it is now 36.90.
I planned to loose 1% of my body weight per week.
How do people think I am doing? How can I boost this to even more? People are starting to comment on how much weight I am loosing, its a good feeling and want to keep going.
