okkeii~ This has been bugging me for many months now~

D= (and I'm still a size 6/7!)

Here's some pics of meh~ I'll tell you what I have problems with~

-MY LEGS!
(why do they look so... flabby from the knee up? And my caves are huge!!!)

-MY WAIST!
(You think I look skinny? But look closely~ my extra flab hangs out a little at the top of my skirt~ My tummy also has alot of extra fab I could never get rid of. My bellybutton is not looking pretty.)

-MY ARMS!
(I still have some flab on my arms~ so it looks like I have wings of loose skin when I hold my arm out. Not pretty.)

I'm honest~ I don't care what you think of me~ This is my body and I'm not ashamed~ I just wanna finish the job I started~ ;P

[[ OMG! THE LEST 20 POUNDS ARE EVIL!! O____O;; ]]

To tell the truth i cant see it.
Those style dresses definatly make anyones thighs look bad though ill admit. But your body looks pretty darned perfect from here.

What kind of training are you doing?

well, since I currently dont' belong to my gym (temp.) I have been doing workouts at home~ my dad helps me do various arm/chest exercises on the weight bench~

I have a little exercise mat that I lay out and do 150 sit-ups every night~ various leg exercises~ I do some butt execises I learned in my health magazines~

for cardio~ I usually run track/tredmil for around 5 miles a day but since it's so cold I've been doing a/b an hour+ of dance dance revolution =) [[you won't believe how much that thing will make you sweat! D= ]]

but~ yanno~ doing this, I haven't lost 1 pound in SO long~ And I hardly eat! o_O (but I do make sure I get in at least 1200 cals a day)

Maybe you've lost all your fat and just need to tone up your muscles? I'm not an expert but maybe some weight lifting would help tone up those areas that you're unhappy with.

From my point of view though....I'd love to have your body right now :)

Perhaps pilates or yoga is something you should look into. It tends to give the long lean slim look to a body.

ah yes~ I used to take yoga classes at the gym~ I miss it so much~ D=

HOpefully I'll be able to go back real soon~ =3

Lemme tell you~ it's a pain~ I've been working hard for so long and I still can't even show off my skin in a bathing suit comfortably~

I gotta do something a/b this loose skin and stretch marks~ =(
It was so much easier loosing weight when I was bigger too~
the first 100 pounds went by so easily~ but these last few are a killer~

But yea~ me and dad are working together on the weights~ (I'm helping him loose weight too~ lolz! =p)

hey u look great to me! =) but i guess maybe u can join a yoga or pilates class for toning and firming.. and its gd if u can join a gym, where there's a personal trainer who can advise u on how to lose ur last few pounds..

OMG!! WOW! This is a joke right?!

I can't believe no one has actually said the truth here?

First off - You're doing WAY too much...

150 sit ups EVERY DAY? do you not want your muscles/abs to actually grow back??

First off, why are you doing 150? you do think that will remove fat from your stomach? do you think it will help you lose a fair bit of fat weight? I can asure you it wont... it may burn a slight amount of fat from your body, but nowhere near as much as proper cardio routine

If you are training abs for AB STRENGTH, then all you need to do is some leg raises (20 reps MAX per set) for 3 sets and maybe some crunches - same again - 3 sets of 20 max.. if poss, weighted ab exercises will be much more effective - although I see its probably not possible from home.

You say you have 'flab' around your thighs, stomach, and arms right? Its fat - simple as that. You want to get rid of it? You need to use good fat loss methods - what you do at the moment makes you look quite active which is great! but you need to focus on what to do, when to do it and HOW MUCH to do...

When you go crazy and do 5 miles of running or one hour of dancing - this is great for burning calories right? well yes.... but where are thos calories coming from?? They are coming largely from the carbs you ate before the session (which I hope you do!), fat stores and if you train too long - your muscle also.

You DONT want too break down muscle to use for energy, so you shouldn't workout quite as long. You also dont want to deplete your carb stores - which you will do if you over train. And also, when trying to lose fat, you want most of your calories used for energy to come from the FAT itself and NOT carbs and broken down muscle... so what do you do?

A very good method would be to do sessions of 'fast' walking... when doing this, you dont burn AS MANY calories as if you were running at high speed - BUT, the calories that you DO burn, will come more from your fat stores than anywhere else... which is your goal..

You also need to drink plenty of water - more water passing thru the body means your body knows there is no need to 'hold on' to water and thus, you will have a minimal amount of water retention. Which means less mass around your arms/legs/stomach etc... adn a diet with less salt will further reduce water retention

The more muscle you have, the easier it is to burn fat. muscle requires energy, so the more you have of it, the more energy you need - thus you will burn more fat naturally.

hope this helps you understand how the body works more and you can come up with something that works better for your body type :)

Not a problem, glad to help.

Just remember that when setting goals, be realistic - it helps alot!

I personanlly am looking to gain muscle, my short term target is to gain 10lbs within the next year - so you see how even my short term goal is a year long!

Happy training ;)
