I am having a few problems setting up my diet if someone could help me fine tune, etc. I would be very appreciated of this!

Here is what I wrote up for day 1: ( Maintain: 2826 build mass: 3250-3391 , and 186 grams of protein for moderately active )

My Diet:
Beverages:
·8-12 Glasses of Water
·1 Glass of Diet Soda ( A Special Treat )
Day 1:
5:30 AM Meal 1: Whole Grain Cereal with a scope of Whey Protein Powder

8:00 AM Meal 2: Protein Shake (Ingredients yet to be determined.)

12:00 PM Meal 3: Chicken Breast on wheat w/ onions and lettuce. Side dish of Uncle
Ben’s rice.

3:30 PM: ?

6:00 PM : Lean Ground Beef, potatoes, and salad.

7: 30 PM: Work Out

8:30 PM: After Work out Protein. ?

I am not entirely sure what to put for those meals I left blank, but if you can help me fine tune this I will appreciate this.

I also heard thats its alright to have a free day 1-2 times a month because it really won't effect you.
 
Hi garcia,

I would think about throwing some more veg in there if you can, at 12:00PM to replace the rice. Just a suggestion.

For your 8:30PM after meal workout I would eat some freshly cooked fish and a portion of vegetables and stay away from potatoes, rice, pasta, and bread at that sort of time. You will probably need something else to eat before you go to bed aswell so maybe some cottage cheese and then right before bed a small glass of Milk.

Hope that helps, if anybody doesn't agree then just say so as I am no professional!
