My plan...feedback appreciated and loving it so far

Hello all. Im a skinny guy(not skinny fat by any means) who loves cardio more than lifting. Just wanna be fit and healthy and basically maintain what I am now. Not looking to be all ripped or big and strong just fit, healthy and feel good. I have been working out for awhile now(2 years) and have some good definition and am probably around 8-10% BF depending on the estimate. Im 5'11 and 145 lbs.
Anyway here is my plan

Everyday - 30 min run to warm up and increase my mile time
Hit a different muscle everyday in the PHAT style of training(one work set at max instensity in the 8-10 range to failure)
9 sets total takes about 30 minutes then I hit the stairmaster for 30 mins as well. I take a listen to my body approach with nutrition and dont restrict my food too much as I have a history of eating disorders. Frankly my goal is just to feel good, maybe gain a few pounds maybe lose a few, focus isnt on aesthetics as much as it is cardio endurance.

So my workouts take about an hour and half give or take a day depending on which muscle I am hitting. Check in whenever and take care. First workout Ill log is tomorrow which is gonna hit shoulders and my cardio.
 
There are good and bad points to your plan, but I say go ahead and start logging them and your progress and such here. You'll get some good advice and some support as you go along. Look forward to hearing about it.
