The slimming when you reach an age, you spend your whole life in the process of losing weight, because when you stop, you can take kilos, and these are difficult to remove. For me the big problem is work and the many hours we sit.
what I do to lose weight is what follows:
Eat well. by eat well I mean follow the Mediterranean diet, rich in extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, fruits, little meat and no pre-cooked or industrial food.
3. To exercise every day in moderation, to walk at least one hour a day, and two or three times a week, a more intense exercise, which in my case is to run.
4. Relax, take life with greater relaxation. In order to do this, I try not to get overwhelmed and to do meditation frequently.
