My Pecs too much there

So I have been working out with machines and cardio for almost 2 yrs now. I do see good results however there is one area where I would like to cut back on or tone down a bit.

I'm 38 205 pounds 5'11" tall. My pec area feels like there is a bit of fat there and I figure I need to work this area out to stop it from sleeping. I currently use the pec machine, and other chest machines but that doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Any recommendations on what to do?
 
Eat less. If there's fat there, then you need to get into a calorie deficit to get rid of it. You can't spot reduce. You either lose fat across the whole body at once, or you don't lose fat.
 
Another option... If you're happy with your body fat content as a whole, focus on toning exercises in that area. Rather than high weight/low rep workouts, focus on cutting your weight and cranking up the reps. This type of activity will tone the muscles in a completely different manner than the standard effect of strength training.
 
So if I am fine with my weight which again is I think Ok..... Which toning exercises would you recommend? Bench Presses? Pec Machine?? Again it's pretty much in the pec area and a bit in the belly but that can be taking care of no problem.
