I guess if I think it's a pathetic I should stop eating but financially it's my best option.

Breakfast - 1 piece of toast with peanut butter and a cup of milk. Usually works out to 200 - 250 cals.

Lunch I have a couple of different ones I use to mix it up. I always have a glass of V8 though.

#1 Half packet of ramen, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken bullion (I throw away the flavor packet, God knows whats in there), mix of peas, carrots and corn. 300 cals

#2 Tuna salad, 1 slice of bread, half tbl spoon mayo, relish, serving of baked lays chips and a pickle. around 400 cals.

#3 Turkey sandwich, 1 slice bread, half tbl spoon mayo, dab of grey poupon, serving of baked lays, pickle. Around 350 cals.

Dinner, these are my go to meals that I have a lot.

#1 Hamburger helper - with corn or peas around 400 cals per serving

#2 Franks and beans - hot dog 200 cals (usually only have one), Beans 140 cals per serving (usually have a few helpings, sugar kills me here) Total 500 cals.

#3 Pasta and sauce - I'd say around 500 - 600 cals because I kinda wing it with the serving size.

#4 The shameful poor man pizza - Two slices of bread, Cheese, and sauce left over from the pasta sauce from the night before. Put it in the toaster sprinkle some garlic on it. It's not half bad. Around 400 calories. usually have broccoli with this.

#4 Chicken - I have a Foreman type grill and I usually marinade my chicken breasts in the Lawry's Marinade sauce and grill it on there. Microwave some veggies and your set. I'd say 400 - 500 calories.

I usually drink Diet Soda, Green Tea and Milk. Very little water which I know is bad. Of course beer is strictly for the weekends. And I take a multi vitamin every day.

As you can see I don't really like fruit. I like juice and all but I don't like all that sugar. I feel like it's empty calories. Granted I do drink a lot of V8 which has a lot of sodium. Also I don't want stuff to go bad so I usually get frozen foods. Also I like stuff that's simple, quick to make and of course cheap. So tell me am I killing myself with this kind of diet?

you sure about that? a serving of peanut butter is 200 calories -that's 2tbs... and it usually doesn't look like a lot...

Ramen noodles are deep fried - throw out the noodles and eat the packaging it came in...

Read the stickied threads in the nutrition forum - you eat like a 17 year old... and if you are 17 -well enjoy but it will catch up to you... :D

Nah I don't really use that much. Just a scoop with the knife. I doubt I take 2 tbs. Maybe one at the most, just to get it covered not think.

Well I know that. I wasn't trying to take out the fat my main goal was to cut the sodium down and eat vegetables.

Thanks for the help I guess. I don't know how it could catch up to me when I'm losing weight on it.
