Hey Bros!

I wasn't sure about posting my video this early but I'll let you guys in on my secret workout videos. I just started a posting to my youtube channel so here is the first one.



I got really fed up at the other techniques out there so I decided to create my own personalized techniques. This is the true way of the Superior Man. No haters please, go be jealous somewhere else.

Talk about beating yourself off!

Though kid. Looks like some decent kungfu conditioning.
 
Besides conditioning your muscles to take a hit, what exactly does this do for you in terms of fitness ? When I was in martial arts we used to hit things to condition certain parts of the body, this I understand. But I ask this question to you because you put this on the weight training section. Not a hater either.
 
DUDE!!!

I have a black belt in TKD, I am ironman 140.6, I hav run a marqathon on sub 4 hours, I am a professional skydiver,,,,, my athletic career started back in the 80's surfing and doing Parkour--

having said all fo that- I will say this:

Well it’s not weight training, it’s conditioning yourself, for something? The best conditioning for a fight is to fight. Do you belong to a martial arts gym?
If you want to be a tough guy join a tough branch of the military and get real with yourself. They will pay you to be a tough guy.

What about weight training? Or body weight workouts? Do you have any vids of those or questions about a workout plan?

Thanks for a valid response, but it does work. Just like the Kung Fu monk in the monasteries who hit parts of there body to strengthen them. It really work you can believe me. I wouldn't post up a vid if it didn't.

Sorry Johnny, Missed your post.

Well this method will help you build personal strength, it's not much for lifting ans such. This method is for hardening your body like the kung fu monks you mentioned. I'm working on my second vid to give clarification.
 
can you use a baseball bat in the next one please,and take the H of the front of your surname.
