I am striving for high-protein, many fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and incorpating mostly organic foods. I am interested in eating very little processed foods in an almost "whole foods" style. Certain foods like popcorn, peanut butter, and frozen desserts are foods that if deprived of, will cause me to binge uncontrolably, so I include them in moderate amounts in my daily eating plan.
