My new supplement Routine.

Currently I just take Mega Man multivatimin. I've been on a quest to lose weight and generally get healthier since January. I started out at 263 and am currently 203. I've been doing a lot of research and the supplements i'm going to start taking are as follows:

All from GNC
GNC FISH OIL 1000 CF,SOFT GEL,90 SG
NB LUTEIN 20MG,CAPSULE,60 CP
PP WHEY PROTEIN -ORIGINAL,POWDER,24 OZ (only after Weight lifting sessions)
Vitamin E pills
Mega Man Multivitamin.

Currently I take my multi right after breakfast. Now should I consume all these pills after breakfast or throughtout the day?

Also, am I taking too much or should I add anything else.

Was thinking of adding a Fat burner such as hot rox.. But i've been losing weight fine without it so I don't know if I need it. My goal weight is 180.

congrats on the loss man, its inspiring to hear stories like that. mind if i ask what your diet and exercise routine was to lose 60 lbs?
 
Hey LV where do you get your dextrose from? I checked a few online vitamin shops and couldnt find it. Is it maybe under a different name or something?

You know I went to my local health food store and inquired about dextrose, but they dont carry it ither. They said something about it had problems of being cut with coke...crazy. So currently I dont have any. lol

I've constantly modified my diet as I have gone along. The main thing was my eating habits before were very bad. I'd have fast food anywhere from 5-7times a week. Sometimes twice daily. I was getting out of control. So first I cut out all fast foods and started slowly exercising. I also stopped eating white bread and switched to whole wheat only.. I stopped drinking whole milk and slowly made my way down to skim milk. Also, before I was only eating twice a day usually. But they were big meals so I switched too 5 meals a day and cut out all junk food like chips ect.

A typical day goes something like this:

Breakfast: Kashi Go lean Cerael with Skim Milk.
Lunch: Tuna or turkey sandwich on wheat bread.. originally I was using Mayo but i've since switched to mustard because its healthier.
Snack: one of the following Carrots, apple, bannana. almond butter on 1 piece of wheat bread
Dinner: Usually Grilled chicken, whole wheat rice, and mixed veggies
Snack: one of the following Carrots, apple, bannana. almond butter on 1 piece of wheat bread

I drink about 8 16.9 ounces of bottled Dasani water per day.

Exercise:
Cardio: 5 or 6 times a week.
I use a bowflex treadclimber for 45-60 minutes. On occation i'll substitute that for rollerblading.

Strength Training: 2 or 3 times a week.
This is my week area and I really need to start picking up on this.
I'll do shoulders, triceps, biceps one day and legs back the other.

p.s. no one has told me should I take all my supplements at once or split them up? As far as the whey goes i'll take that after strength training only.
 
All at once is fine.
