My new low calorie and exercise diary

Hi guys, it's been a while. I originally lost 30 lbs and got down to 120 lbs as my goal, but unfortunatey gained over 100 lbs because of the meds I was put on for schizophrenia.
This is going to be my new weight loss diary for 2019.

Here is my starting weight: 225 lbs
Want to get to 125 lbs

Here's what I ate today,
Dinner: baked pork, mashed potatoes, corn
1000 calories I think

Exercise, bike exercise 30 min. 300 cal. Burned

Today I had breakfast 301 cal.
Dinner, was 600 cal.
And exercised on my bike for 30 minutes. 300 cal. Burned.

I also had 1 soda today.

My weight for today is 226 lbs
 
Yesterday I enjoyed my new years and celebrated and didn't diet or work out.
Today I am 125 lbs same as yesterday but lost an inch off my waist.
For breakfast I had a small tv dinner and ate 2 hot dogs for dinner.
I did used to drink 5 sodas at least a day but now drink 0.
I now just drink tea, water, and juice, and coffee instead.
 
What iam doing as a diet is eat regular kind of foods but smaller portions. It works well for me actually as i have lost weight like this before.
 
For me 1000 kcal would be too low to get through more than a couple of days, but if it works for you: great! Congratulations on having lost that first inch :)
