Hey everyone,
I am new to the fitness world and am finding it easy so far but i need to no if i can help my diet in any ways possible and what i obly work on is my abs. In the next couple of months i will be purchasing some proper equipment but for now please focus on the abdominals. I am 16 years old this june so still 15, andmi havent bulked out completely yet. I take two musashi bulk protein shakes a day and try to eat 3 main meals a day and 4 snack periods as well. Each night i do around 120 -400 situps, 2-3 minute plank, leg lifts and etc. It has been exactly 2 weeks today since istarted my healthy diet and so far so good. In the pass two weeks the only fatty foods i have eaten was 1 day i had a donut, some biscuits and some potatoe chips but the same day i also had my protein shakes and a couple of peices of fruit a day. I only did this because i needed a break from healthy diet.
I have definetly started to see a change in my abs, they are easy noticeable when tensing but i am aiming to have to be seen without tensing as well and a nice clean 6 pack!
I have tracked every single exercise and peice of food i have eaten in the past two weeks and these following 4 days are the jist of what the whole two weeks are:
Monday:

Mid morning snack: apple

2:30 plank
30 leg exhales, with 50 second leg lift hold
Wednesday:

Mid morning snack: apple and grapes
Lunch: tinned tuna and lettuce with pitta bread
Mid afternoon snack: c protein shake

This is just three random days from the two weeks so far. Basically i need advice on other great foods i can eat to improve my health and are great for building muscle, as you might see this diet is based on brad pitts diet he used in fight club, this was my inspiration.
I have been on and off for years and years doing situps and etc but it never worked because i had the worst diet, i mean chips, cookies, chocolate and some much more crap and i could never kick the diet, but now im finding it easy but i need advice plzzzzzzzz. Im open to all advice, im new to fitness and i would love some help on absoloutly anything.
Thanx so much everyone and i will be looking at this thread eeryday hoping for some responses. Thankyou :sport::sport:
