I was browsing the internet looking for something new and stumbled across this 8 week workout. Im currently in week 3 and enjoying it, which is new for me, hopefully i can see it through to the end. I was a little sore after the first week and suffered from DOMS. I seemed to have upped my carb intake a wee bit and vamped up my protein consumption and cut out all bad foods. I have lost 4lbs when i weighed in at the end of week 2.

My next step is to look at my diet and see if my body is getting the nutrients it needs and see if it can be enhanced further. I was considering buying some fat burning tablets too but i was advised not to by a friend.
