My Much Needed Diary!

Hey guys!

I realized I need to start a diary to record what I eat/workout each day or my program is going to fall apart!
I've been going to the gym for a few years but just got serious this past month and I've actually noticed some very VERY small changes (still makes me excited though!) so I don't want all this to go to waste!
I am a self proclaimed CHOCOHOLIC and have actually stopped myself the past couple of weeks from eating chocolate daily...and I think if I recorded how many times I had chocolate it would help as well.
I love working out and being healthy. I feel better than I ever have. I just want that streak to keep going! So hopefully this diary will help! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I love all the motivation on this site. This is such a helpful place to go and learn new things daily. I'm glad I found it!

Wow, this is why I need a diary.
I had a binge week. It's crazy because I was doing so well for 3 weeks but gimme one cheat meal and I can't stop. It's stopping now. This is ridiculous.
It's December 5th and I'm ready to start again! I'll start my program again tomorrow...and I will keep track. Thanks for the encouragement Megan!
 
Don't dismiss chocolate too much...from everything I've read, dark chocolate has as many antioxidants as a glass of wine and the saturated fat that's in chocolate is the kind that won't raise cholesterol. You should still limit your chocolate consumption, but a little goes a long way towards better health. :)
