Sport My Meal Plan

Sport Fitness
Breakfast - 3/4cup of oatmeal (after it is cooked it is about a bowl!) with penutbutter, 1 chopped bannana, and protein shake 40grams in 1% milk 10oz.

Snack - Apple, beef jerkey or Shredded wheat.

Lunch - Hamberger meat/ chicken breast, brown rice...protein shake???

Snack - Banana, Broccoli with Fat-free ranch.

Dinner - Fillet mignon, vegetable, ...protein shake???

I just got measured at 6'4 and am just about 200lbs. Should this be sufficient?

BTW- I made the protein shake in water and OMG, I almost threw up...but tried i t in that 1% milk and it is very drinkable/sip-able.
