I used to run about 30-40 mins 3 days out the week and i weigh 270 (male). my lower leg on the front just hurt wayyyyyyyyy too much! There was like a swelling on each leg it was symetrical it was like little balls about half way down from the knee anyone know whats going on? Havnt ran for a month and if this is bad for me I gotta get it checkd but since im not running I havnt been checked yet.
