Well, this seems like a new fun idea to keep track of my eating/ exercising
patterns. Here it goes ..

slice of toast (60% whole wheat) - 70 cal
teaspoon margarine - 30 cal
slice of marble cheese - 60 cal
Total calories: 250
Morning Workout:
4 - 30 second planks
15 minutes cardio on tredmill
50 bicycle crunches
25 pushups
Lunch:
portion of bbq boneless, skinless chicken - 120 cal
egg cooked in teaspoon of margarine - 92 cal
toast with teaspoon of margarine - 100 cal
cup (250ml) orange juice - 120 cal
Total Calories: 432
