My introduction

Hello everyone! Nice to meet you all and join this Forum. A little bit about myself:

I'm 26 years old SAHM and live in Anchorage, Alaska. I'm originally from East Tennessee however and have lived in Alaska since 1999. I'm working on reaching my goal body fat between 18-22% which would be about 141-148 pounds for me. I'm currently 165 pounds and 29.8% body fat. I was 148 pounds and 29.0% body fast last April and have since gained muscle and went from 105 to 115 pounds of Lean body mass.

I'm now trying to lose fat and get down between 141-148. I eat 1400-1700 calories a day in 4-6 mini meals with 100-128 oz water daily. I've lost 57 pounds so far.

I like to read....books, magazines, just about everything! I also like to sew and do crafts and exercise.....yep I really love to exercise! LOL. :p

You know what I forgot to put in my exercise routine, yes I do exercise a lot. Here is my normal routine:

*Every other day I do a FULL body weight routine (3 sets 12 reps of all exercises) This usually takes me 1 hour

*5-7 days a week I do 40-90 minutes of cardio exercise (DVD workouts, treadmill walking/running)

*I also do Pilates and yoga whenever I feel like a good stretch LOL :p

Hi there KrazyKat

You have done so well with your weight loss, well done. You've obviously earned it too with all that exercise - great job!

I think it's a really good way to look at weight loss, measuring your body fat as a primary point of reference, I've been thinking about getting that done for some time, and now I'm thinking even harder.

Looking forward to seeing you lose those pounds (well, reading about it at least!).
