Hi everyone,

I'm 22 years old, 5'0 and maybe a little under 115 lbs at the moment. I'm in no rush and I'm not looking to lose that much either, really just 10-15 at some point (I'd say I've lost ~1.5 lbs in the two weeks or so that I've started tracking it, and that pace is just fine with me).

Some various thoughts/struggles:

- Late-night snacking is definitely a problem for me...but at the same time, so is trying to sleep on an empty stomach. Any advice for that?
- Consistency is also a problem. I have trouble sticking to things for very long and can get stuck in a bit of a perfectionist mindset, which can kind of make me go back to my old ways if I don't do everything right, if that makes sense. That goes for both eating and exercising.
- I'm also a very picky eater, and there's not a lot of variety in what I eat. Naturally, that can make things more difficult.
