Hello I am new to this forum and I have a few questions. I have been working out at a gym for about 2 months. Only one month witha set routine that I follow. I have been using pinnacle andro poppers. Creatine. L-Glutamine and GNC whey isoburst.
I have gone from doing two sets of 90 pounds on the bench machine. To three or four sets of 140.
I went from 2 sets of fifty pounds on butterfly machine. To four sets of 90 and I upping to 100 this week.
I have upped all of my shoulder excercises 40-60 pounds and I do 4 sets of 7 reps on everything.
My ab work out consists of 2 sets of 10 reps on weighted ab machine. two sets of 50 crunches. 2 sets of 25 sides crunches with one leg over the other. and 3-4 sets of leg raises hanging from my forearms ten to each side twisting. I don't know what it is called but it is the thing with the pull up bar and dipp handles.
Are the good results. It seems like I should be getting stronger than I am. Is this typical. Any way any help will be apreciated. All of the excercises I do are on machines I want to go to a gym with free weights but I have a 3 month membership. should I switch to free weights or wait a couple of months
