My Goals

Today is Monday Aug 22, 2011

My goals this week are work out at the gym for 3 days this week. One 3 hour session and 2, two hour sessions. I plan do two hours of dance as well.
 
First, welcome. Second, how long have you been working out? If you are new to working out, that is too much - you will get burned out. If you can handle that, good for you!
 
I noticed you started this thread in August and haven't returned. How's everything going? Still making it to the gym 3 times a week?
