16 In and Out Bicep Curls x2

12 Corkscrew Curls x2
16 Hammar Curls x2

Tricep, Chest- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday

30 Pressups x5
12 Bench Press x3 40 KGs
12 Pec Dec x3 30 KGs

Back- Wednesday, Friday, Sunday

15 Lat Pulldown x3 40 KGs
20 Shrugs x3
15 Dumbell Deadlift x3
15 Single Arm Row x3

Abs- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Ab Ripper X

Legs- Monday, Wednesday, Friday

30 Dumbell Calf Raises x3
20 Dumbell Lunges x3
Squat till failure
10 Leg Press x3 30 KGs

Im 18, 5ft 11 and i weigh 146 lbs and im using a 8 kgs bicep on each hand.

Wow thats a lot, i think you might be overtraining a bit you should have a few rest days in there. If you took a few isolation exercises you could probably fit half of those in day1 and other half with opposite muscles on day 2 then have rest for one day.
So maybe chest, triceps and shoulders on day1 and back, biceps and legs on day 2 with abs just 2 or 3x times a week. Also what are your goals?
