My Fitness Coach for the Wii

Has anyone used this program? I have incorporated this into my running schedule and been using it 2-3 times a week as my weight training mainly focusing on arms and core. Just wondering if anyone else has tried it and if you are seeing results. I have really noticed a difference in my arms and abs. I'm don't want to bulk up, just tone up and this seems to be working. I can up the intensity and add more weight whenever I want.

Anyone else using this???

Thanks.

I have it but haven't used it yet. I'm just starting to train after recovering from a couple of operations - will let you know how I get on.

Glad you are seeing results! I JUST bought this tonight and set up a profile. I am pretty out of shape... just doing the set up had me worn out!

I hope to use the workouts on there but also to help track my other workouts. We have Wii Fit, but I needed something a little more intense... not that hula hooping for 10 minutes wasn't intense, but that was the ONLY thing on there that really got my heart rate going.

Glad to see a few others use My Fitness Coach.

I don't really use the cardio as I get enough of that from running. What I like is that I can choose between upper, lower or core for strength training along with the duration. A few other tricks learned is that you can increase the intensity by just a switch of the botton.....learned that a month into it. Nice that you can also incorporation a stability ball and whatever # of weights you want.

The main thing is to just keep moving. You will see results.

My Fitness Coach is most definitely more demanding than Wii Fit. Not as fun, but more the task master. The jumping jack section of setting up your profile was murder to me when I started, but I adjusted quickly and have been doing the program for around three months now.

I really like it, but think I would burn out on it if that's all I did. The upper and lower body strength, aerobics, flexibility, and core are all good for me. Didn't enjoy the yoga section though.

I use both the barbells and a step and would highly recommend the step as this adds variety and some demand to the routines.
