So, I am entirely new to this website. I am a fourteen-year old guy trying to get fit. Here's something weird about me: I dislike routines for any kind of workout. I'd honestly rather do random things until I get physically fit. However, I will do what is needed, even if that is a daily routine, to become the me I want to be.
Some things about me:
-I am 14 years old and in 8th grade.
-I live in a suburban environment in Virginia, U.S.
-Workouts in the past haven't sparked my interest, so I've quit. That is my major obstacle.
-I love all kinds of food, and I'm not picky whatsoever.
-I am 5'7''-5'8''.
-I weigh somewhere around 125 lbs.
-I want to become bigger before ninth grade, and by the end of highschool.
-I would describe my body type as somewhat tall, somewhat heavy with skinny-ish arms and a thicker body. (Very unusual, huh?)
I didn't come to the website to tell random information to random people, though. Can anyone help me to achieve a healthy life? I need food ideas (pre-workout, post-workout, lunches, dinners, and breakfast). I mainly need ideas for a workout routine or something like it. I am considering joining something along the lines of Tae Kwon Doe or a fighting "sport." I don't, however, want to join any other sports as I haven't played one since 2010. Also, access to equipment is minimal aside from a maximum weight of 8 lbs.
Please leave information on the website and other information in the commments.
Thanks in advance,
SuperN
