Guys,

Amongst the many things I never thought I'd ever do with 3 small girls...is riding quads out in the desert. The very idea of camping in the desert entirely turned them off...but when I got a couple of these quads, it didn't take long for the girls to crave a bit more open space.

We just do over-nights so it's in & out...but we also launch some model rockets, do some cooking and the girls collect fire-wood and have their fun. I took some pics & video and figured-out how to use my Pinnacle Studio 11-plus video editing program.

Neither did my kids...the idea of camping or going to the desert was a huge "NO". Then I got one little quad and they kids loved it, then I got a 2nd one and one for myself. Then a 3rd one for the kids and gave my wife the MXU300 and got a 400EX for myself. It almost blew my mind the first time we were all buzzing along on the trail. Never thought it could happen!
 
That's awesome. First you swam across some lake, and now you went across some desert. Next you take the family for sky dive. ;)
 
FYI...

They killed the audio on my video, apparently they're really cracking down on the use of un-licensed music. Sheesh, I used 3 tracks for background music and (Norman Greenbaum, System of a Down, Animusic) and just like that, the whole video is muted. I could re-post, but I'd have to re-link...not worth it.

Bummer, the music really helped make it work.
 
Thanks...but like I say, without the audio it's a small fraction of what it used to be. :(
