Since people say diets and nutrition is key to getting what you want, I just made one..

There. That's all I would eat without DINNER or Lunch. Is it any good? The extremely low fat result will allow me to eat almost ANYTHING at lunch and dinner without worrying too much about how much fat I take in. The protein supply is pretty good. Since I will most likely be eating meats for both lunch and dinner, it will only get higher. Sugar's is around average. Calories is the same thing with fat, I can eat anything at lunch and dinner and not worry about calories.
