My eating habits probably need changing...

Well, I want to get back on track with weight loss since the holidays are over, but I need advice on healthy eating habits. Just a couple of minutes ago (11:36 PM), I ate a Ham and Cheese Sandwich, cottage cheese w/pineapple, a Skybar, and some pretzel crisps. The reason for myself eating so late is because I was worried that I didn't eat enough today. (Breakfast: bowl of trix, hot pocket, some long powdered donut, OJ; I usually eat bagels a lot, so I tried to go for something different. Dinner: Tuna Sandwich, carrot sticks, apple, 60 cal dark chocolate stick, felt like eating light after Christmas) This may only happen on the weekends, since my sleeping schedule tends to mess itself up, and even if my eating habits aren't the best, DDR for an hour a day still causes me to lose 1 - 2 lbs a week. For the record, I am a teenager, so it's understandable as to why I feel hungry. Nonetheless, I think eating healthy is important, and want to know how I can do so without making it seem like I am starving myself. I can't stand the feeling of being starved. I need food, and a lot of it, but I still want to lose weight. (I'm 5'9" and would like to go in the 130 - 140 range, then work on building muscle in the summer. 152 lbs last I checked, but that was a while ago that I checked.) As always, thank you in advance.

Eat real food like meat, vegetables, fruit, nuts, butter, eggs, whole grains, etc. You are eating pure junk. Trix? Hot pockets? Yeah, you are going to be hungry on those because they aren't giving you any nutrition. Do you have a parent that cooks? You need to educate yourself on healthy eating. It doesn't mean starving, not at all.
