My Eating Habit Diary

I just cant quite reign in my eating habits as well as i should. Im wanting to define muscle and burn fat so eating the extra calories is preventing both.

So here's my diary. At least now i have to put down EVERYTHING i eat here, good or bad; im going to be 100% honest and feel free to berate me when (sorry, if) i do something i should.

I need to lose my ass and thigh fat. Thats my main goal and is proving really troublesome.

My main rules are
1. No carbs (bread, potatoes, beans) post workout, which is usually 7-9pm.
2. No fruit after 3pm.
3. Around 160g Protein per day (each whey shake is 16.6g protein.)
4. As little sat/trans fat as possible.
5. Water - not really a problem, im on anything between 3 to 6 litres a day, depending on what i do at the gym and how much coffee ive had.

Just quickly, im doing a split routine of

A) Biceps/Shoulders/Back, Obliques, Legs
B) Chest/Triceps, Abs, 25 mins HIIT

Each will be done twice a week, maybe an extra session depending upon what im doing at weekends, Ill also do 2 sessions of starved cardio first thing on Biceps days.

Im not really looking for replies as this is to force me to sort out what i eat; but any advice or criticism would be very much appreciated.

1 Whole Egg + 2 Whites with a little Ketchup

1/2 Tin Veg and Lentil Soup
Can Tuna
Wholemeal Pitta Bread

Can Tuna
Spinach
Tomatoes
Pine Nuts + Balsamic
2 Jaffa Cakes (and they were stale, makes it all the worse)

4.45
Handful almonds + raisins

Workout 7-9
Post Workout Shake (double amount)
Pack Strawberrys (i need the zinc and vit c, can feel a cold coming on.

10pm
Chicken Breast
Spinach
Bag Steam Veg
2 Tablespoons Houmous.

Pre Bed (around 12)
Tablespoon Peanut Butter (may have been 2!)
Small Glass Milk.

i make that around
1930 calories
47.5 fat
12 sat fat
199 protein
133 carbs

im 200ish kcals short but the protein is good!

So there we go, day 1. I know ive doubled up some stuff but i was restricted by what i could grab on the way out to work, ive been shopping so things will vary a bit more.
