Bulking. I'm 150 lbs, 5'8" 20 years old. Been lifting and eating right for a couple months now, just trying to perfect my routine.
BREAKFAST
2 Boiled eggs
Granola bar
Multi, Fish-oil, and Argnine
MID-MORNING
Homemade “Meal Replacement” Protein Bar (HMRPB)
LUNCH
Salad (Whole Chicken Breast, Boiled Egg, Bacon Bits, Lettuce, Tomato, Ranch dressing)
Granola bar
AFTERNOON
HMRPB
PRE-WORKOUT
Protein Shake (8oz, 1 scoop)
Oatmeal or Sweet Potatoes
POST-WORKOUT/DINNER
Creatine w/ water
Protein Shake (16oz, 2 scoops)
Multi and Argnine
Lean meat, Fish, or Chicken; Potatoes; Veggies (dependent on what my family has)
Bagel w/ Cream Cheese
BEFORE BED
½ HMRPB or Yogurt
Fish Oil
Notes:
Drinking water all day long
ON Whey Protein shake is mixed with milk
HMRPB = 3 Cups Oatmeal, 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter, 1 cup Skim Milk, 4 Scoops Protein Powder, Dash of Cinnamon and Splenda
