I'm looking to increase fitness and strength. Here's my current Eating plan:
8am: Salmon sandwich on malted bread + innocent smoothie
10:30am: Protein bar
12:30pm: Salad : Chicken, carrots, red onion, mushrooms, lettuce, seasame seeds and balsamic vineagar.
3:30pm : 3 oat cakes with peanut butter
7:00pm meat (lamb, chicken turkey, beef) and 2 veg portions (usually spinach, broccoli, corn or carrots)
8:30 - 10pm : gym
10:30pm: protein shake
Any comments? Good or bad. bad probably more welcome as they help me improve.
