Hi I was just wondering how my diet looks like and would like some advice on how to improve it also.

I usually eat a muffin at work for breakfast along with a cafe mocha. I work at a coffee place. then i would eat fruits in between like 2-3 times and then i finsh my day with dinner at around 6-7pm i would usually eat steak or anything rich in protein along with a salad bowl.

I was 176-180lbs 2months ago now im down to 165lbs i look skinnier allover my body except for my belly which i think is still out of shape. What can i do to improve my diet? I started to lift weights 2weeks ago to get the rest of my body in shape but i still dont do anything with my abs.

btw, what are your thoughts on hydroxycut? my friend took that and he was fat back then now he is in great shape. Im not going to take it but i just wnt to know what you think about it. Thanks!
 
since your diet sucks, forget fat burners.

you're not eating nearly enough. you seem to completely avoid protein all day long except dinner. that means you're in a negative nitrogen balance most of the day, and therefore not repairing muscles in an efficient manner. Bad.

protein needs to be consumed at EVERY SINGLE MEAL, 30-40g, per meal. You're barely getting that per day.
