Weight-Loss My Diet

Weight-Loss
So.. I have been keeping track a bit.. but only with my calories and fat intake. How does this sound now:

1200 cals 50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein + cardio and weight training
=150g carbs, 40g of fat, 60g protein

or should I have more protein since i'm doing some weight training? Any suggestions?

ok ok... so I was researching, and it says for people to exercise regularly they need about 1.0-1.2 g of protein/kg of weight. So I weigh 165lbs/75kg. So if I were to have 1gp/1kg then I would need 75g of protein which is 25%.

So then I would have to go 50% carbs, 25% fat 25% protein
= 150g carbs, 33g fat, 75g protein...... how is that?

 seems like too much to figure out to me! nuff trouble just counting calories and protein, ugh.

that sounds pretty good ... i like having lower carbs, so i'm more around 40 / 25 / 35, but that's a personal preference. I also try to stay away from using the measurement of weight-to-protein because it seems flawed that if you are 300 lbs (135 kg) that you would need that much protein ... that would be an insane amount. Instead, I go by 1g of protein for every lb of lean body weight ... which is your weight minus fat (Body Fat % - BF%).

it may be a little bit...try increasing the sum a lil' bit...
