hiya im 5' 11" 230lb im trying to set up a good diet for losing fat while gaining muscle: hows this look
Breakfast: 3 fryed egg whites with chili peppers
Snack: raw almonds
Lunch: lettuce cucumber chili peppers italian dressing sliced chicken breast
Dinner: non fryed/breaded flounder strips with vinegar + green beans
Bed: collard greens

well thats a example:
oatmeal--almonds--egg whites--turkey sandwiches--flounder-canned tuna-skinless chicken breast--pomegranate--chili peppers--brown rice--lettuce--chili peppers--grape fruit--collard greens--green beans--lima beans--sliced pinnaples

you think rotating those things around during the days would be good? im still looking for a replacement for cola.. dont plan on going diet cola:p that stuffs worse than the real thing for you

any recommendations?im not picky about what i eat o.0 even had crocodile before lol as long as it isnt too horrible ill try it :p
oya forgot to mention on the bonus side : i have no life until i start college in summer so im a pretty good chef right now and i prepare all my food

What's with all the chili peppers? oO'

Incorporate more portein into the diet. Eat egg whites only. Or to ratios, such as 3:1.

I don't see how you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Good luck with that. You won't see results all too great if you do it. Either gain muscle, or lose fat. The results will be much more dramatic.
 
they taste good!o_O ah well cant have both :( k ill go for weight loss then muscle but muscle burns fat.. :confused: what do you usually drink besides water?
 
I'm gonna bulk, so I'm going to be drinking loads of milk.

For fatloss stick to water all the time.

For muscle gain, milk is good.
I also drink a food slush (my excuse for a protein shake) =P

You should go for muscle first (bulk) then fatloss.
 
Substitiute water for cola. 1 gallon a day.
