Sport My Diet so far....

...just for today. first day of trying to sort my diet out. let us know what you think...im trying to lean down:

breakfast: 7am: Slice of Melon, Ski low fat yoghurt

Gym: 7.30am: 11 mins HIIT on Treadmill, 8 Mins on cross country. 3 x 10 abs crunches. 10 lengths of the pool (same routine at least once a day...sometimes twice)

had a tangerine between gym and pool

9.45am: 4 celery sticks and another tangerine- post work out snack

11.45am: Jacket potatoe with cheese and salad...

howz that so far?

you need to add protein to your 9:45 meal, add some cottage cheese or something.

What are your goals? what are your stats?

overall....it looks like you're eating for a 90lb female.

Not sure on BF at mo.

looking to lose belly, gain abs, tone whole body. So Lean down then tone up
 
You need a little help with orientating your meals here. Protein should be in every meal. High fat and carb at the same time will give you belly fat.

yeah, you need more protein. fruits and veggies are good. i don't see any weights though!?

just because you wanna lean out doesn't mean you should avoid weights. I know plenty of people that get a chiseled body with next to no cardio..just weights and proper eating.
