Ok folks heres my plan i'll update you when its over
drink nothing but water for 6 weeks
walk up and down 5 flights of stairs 10 times a day
eat rice instead of kfc,kababs
bring smoking from 20 aday to 1 aday then quit,

Ends... we'll have to see the results i guess

"try to sleep on your back" i can't!!! only way this works is if i take sleeping tablets! help!
question? will doing pressups/situps just before i go bed help me lose weight ???
