Sport My Diet Plan

Sport Fitness
Hello,

I am 16 yrs old, 156.5 lbs, 5 ft 9. My daily calorie intake is 2424 calories with a being very active.
I am going to start a new diet plan starting on Monday. Here it is:

Breakfast:
1 cup of 1% milk
Oatmeal
Banana

Mid-Morning
2 whole grain break
with chicken breasts/turkey, lettuce, tomatoe, mustard
Banana or other fruit

Lunch
1.5 cup non cooked rice
with some kind of meat, and Vegetable

Mid-evening
Another Sandwich(same one)
1 cup of milk 1.5%

Dinner
Same as Lunch

I am planning on trying this for 2 weeks. I am on a full body workout routine on M/W/F every week. but because of christmas I will do it only Tues/and Thurs this week, with HIIT on the other days.

This is the nutrinal breakdown of the foods:

Calories/carbs/fat/protein:
cup of milk: 110/13/2.5/8
oatmeal: 100/19/2/4

1 slice of bread: 100/19/1.5/5

The rest is kind of hard to tell but its all healthy food. I am not eating any Junk food or anything like that.
I think that i am also having 2 much bread, i have 4 peices in a day.

Whats another meal i can have in place of one of those sandwich meals?
What are some things i can add in oatmeal, i alwasy throw iup eating it?
Overall is this a healthy diet?

i am trying to get stronger but not fatter. I want to gain muscle
Let me know please
thanks

that IS a lot of bread, even on a bulk.
stick to steamed brown rice...long grain if you can. NO INSTANT RICE or OATMEAL either.
i add cinnamon and a packet of splenda to my oatmeal. peanut butter is also yummy.

do you have any idea what your daily totals are for grams of protein, fat and carbs??

I have no vlue about the totals because it is really hard to tell but the bread and the stuff i listed is there but like the rice, i buy it from the bulk section at a store and its hard to tell.

I mistakely bought Instant Oatmeal, so im gooing to have to eat that for awhile, Ill buy the old fashioned ones soon.

I dont think I will be able to go to a gym this week, but i will be next week. So i am not on a bulking diet or anything, just trying to get ready for my lacrosse season. Trying to gain strength

What should i replace in one of those sandwiches?
thanks

buy some measuring cups, and a kitchen scale

if you don't know how much you're eating, you'll never know what you're doing.

on of days and say on off weeks, do people stick to their regular diets, if bulking or cutting or do they stay on maintence calori levels?

instant = quick oats.

they are processed, and have a higher glycemic index value than rolled oats or steel cut oats.
also, instant oatmeal turns to paste pretty quickly, while whole oats will stay moist.

ok. let me get this right....

Starchy carbs (bread, rice, potatoes, tortillas and oats) should be limited to 1 portion/day on a clean bulk?
