Sport My Diet, is it ok?

Sport Fitness
Hey everyone just wanted to check if this diet is ok for someone who wants to bulk up but loose fat. BTW I'm 5'4 and 105 lbs with a body fat content of around 16%.

Breakfast- 2 eggs, one serving of cereal with 1% milk.
Snack- banana with whey protein shake
Lunch- Turkey sandwich with real american cheese
Snack- fruits with protein shake
Dinner- Usually consists of rice or pasta with some sort of meat(usually beef or pork) and vegetables(tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, mung beans on occasion)

Also to add I am just adding in the shakes as this will be my new diet if it is ok for me.

1. How much protein is that total?
2. If you want to lower body fat while trying to gain lean mass, you have to be very precise with your diet. One thing you need to do is take in most of your carbs in the earlier hours of the day. So eating a big carb meal like rice or pasta for dinner would probably not be a good idea. Replacing this meal with a Protein/fat meal would be a lot better.

breakfast has 20g
each of my shakes have 32g (24 from powder 8 from milk)
lunch probably has 6-10
dinner has around 20g
oh and right before i go to sleep i drink a glass of milk

so total around 122g per day

Should I eliminate carbs from my dinner meal then, or is it ok to have a small amount?

its very difficult to lose body fat while gaining lean mass perhaps it would be more efficient to build up then do a cut, but if your goin to do it anyway I would save your biggest carb meal for breakfast but depending on when your workout is you also need to eat some complex carbs (try fibrous carbs ie vegetables) after you lift so keep that in mind. Your also goin to have to get stricter with your diet to reach your goal in doin both at once. Have chicken instead of pork or at least 95/5 lean beef, lean dairy is good to add as part of a healthy diet but have it for breaksfast its a simple carb. In my personal experience I found it best to build and cut on 10-12 week cycles, I hope that helps!!!

At your height and weight, you probably want to emphasize gaining muscle, which will reduce your body fat percentage if you do not gain too much fat in the process. Your current weight is very low for your height.

Gaining muscle while losing fat simultaneously may be possible (and common) for overfat beginners, but your body fat percentage is not extremely high (and is fairly low if you are female), so doing both simultaneously is unlikely to happen for you.

Try and get more protein in for lunch.

The only carbs that should be coming from your dinner are green veggies, and ditch the milk before bed.

Going back to TJL's post. So I should focus on gaining the muscle first..

Basically I wanted to loose fat in my stomach(mainly my love handles) area I guess I fall into the area of "skinny fat".

But even if I work hard my goal should be reachable over a 10 month period right?
