Hi All,
I am currently cutting to shed some excess fat and have adjusted my diet to match this. I calculated by BMR as around 2400 at a light excercise since I work a desk job and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. As such I am eating 2000 calories a day and seeing some results so happy about that. I am not the most pedantic about what I eat and occasionally have a chocolate cheat or something but I always make sure to stay around the 2000 calorie mark for the day so not too fussed. On a standard day I eat :
Breakfast 7am - 2 x english muffin with vegemite (500 calories)
Snack 10am - small tub of low fat yoghurt + some almonds (200 calories)
Lunch 1pm - Tuna or PB sandwich (350 calories)
Snack 3:30pm - Banana + Meusli Bar (200 calories)
Dinner 7pm - grilled fish + vegies (400 calories)
PWO shake 10pm - Milk + 30g protein (250 calories)
Total 1900 calories give or take a little bit in calculation and food.
Curious as to what some of the nutrition experts think.
