My diary

Here is what today was like....

breakfast 2 frozen french toast, w/light syrup 300
coffee 100
snack 1 sm snack bag of baked potato chips 140
lunch turkey sandwich on wheat bread w/cheese, 250
mustard,lettuce & an apple 80
snack small snack bag of carrots 40
total 910

I havn't decided what to have for dinner yet, but I don't have many choices because I'm trying to stay under 1200 calories... maybe salad...or a potato? I'll go think about it.
Oh yah.. I took a walk..1 1/4 mile...and did some sit ups....cool.


So yesterday I ended up having a tunafish sandwich on wheat bread w/no mayo on the bread. So it had tuna, lettuce, tomato and bell pepper. Not sure how many calories.


Today I had...
breakfast.... lowfat yogert 230
snack.... banana ??
lunch... turkey sandwich/ wheat bread, mustard, cheese, lettuce 260
snack... apple
dinner... 1 taco(corn tortilla) 1 bean burrito(reduced fat/calorie flour tortilla)?
Dinner was hard. Some friends came over. I wanted to eat 4 of those tacos. I'm glad I didn't deprive myself. I had 1 of each. It was still probably a lot of calories. They smelt so good when I was coking them for everyone. The other night we had pizza and I choose not to have any. I had a baked potato instead. I felt much better about it and I got full, not like the 1 or 2 slices of pizza would have did that for me.

Why did you start a new diary? What happened with the other one?

Your food is looking pretty good. Good job on the walk and the sit-ups! :)

I'm confused about how to keep updating my diary. That's why I started another one. Please let me know so I can keep going with this. If you know of any cool websites that can help me count my calories I would really appreciate it.

i find www.fitday.com good for counting calories.

Hi. Is this where I update my diary? I'm still new at this. I don't want to start a new one. Please give me some advice. Thanks X2change
 
hello, yes this is it - you have to find your thread because sometimes when lots of people post in one day, a post drops onto the second, third or fourth pages. alternatively, look on your user control panel and it will tell you which posts u r 'subscribed' too, i.e which ones you have posted in. your post should be in that list, if not click the 'show all subscribed posts' button (instead of it showing just the most recent ones).
