lunch 1/2 c pinto beans,1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese,3 prunes & carrots 190

snack 1 Nestle push up pop (yum) 90 & worth every bite!

dinner 1/2 cup white rice w/ sweet chilli sauce, 1/2 cup steamed veggies 230

total 830 + the coffee & water with every meal & snack.

So tell me what you think.
I stayed very satisfied. I was not hungary and miserable. My main problem is when I skip breakfast and lunch, then I over eat like a crazy woman!

Well, I have not yet figuired out how to get a ticker so I will tell you...
I started at 235...now I am 233...my short term goal is 190...long term 140

I plan on taking in fewer calories, and exersizing every day. I am not going to deprive myself of food that I love. So, I'll just eat less. I know I won't always have great days, but I am going to take it one day at a time. If I mess up, I'll just keep going. In the past when I mess up, I give up. Not anymore. I am almost 30 and I have 2 kids and a husband who loves me. He has never said anything rude about me gaining all this weight. Not even polite critism. When we were dating I was 135. I am two of those now.
I am doing this for me. I am sick of being tired, slow, grumpy, feeling ugly and wearing clothes I don't like. I have really lost myself and I am going on a exciting journey to get back to me. I already am feeling better.

I'm glad you decided to start a diary! It is a great way to get a lot of support.

I told you the wrong thing about the ticker on the other thread. After the ticker is made, you scroll down a little and it says bbc code. You will copy that, it starts with "url", and paste that into your signature.

the first post says 830 calories? thats not enough. hows the excercise coming along?

I agree with Wonderwoman, You might want to keep the cals to at least 1200. Also adding in small exercise is great. It's inspiring to see you have made a huge step in the right direction, Good for you!!! good luck, hope to hear more from you.:)
