I started my diet 12-14-05 I weighted 232 lbs.

My Current weight is 219 lbs

My short term goal is 210lbs by March 1

My Long term goal is 185 lbs

Yesterday:

Breakfast: 1 bowl of cereal

Lunch: 6 inch subway veggie with diet pepsi

snack: orange

dinner: salad

exercise:
30 min walking

water:
3/4 gallon


Any advice would be appricated

Awesome, welcome Lucky! Looks like you've done great so far!

My only advice would be swapping that Diet Pepsi for a bottled water. ;) But seriously, it looks like you're doing awesome!
 
yesterday

breakfast: skipped it

lunch: big salad

snack: 1 tangariene,

dinner: grilled fish fillet with salad

water: 1/2 gallon

exercise:50 min walking

And I also had 5 Michelob ultra beer :D
 
g'day, welcome to the forum, my only sugestion at the moment would be to try not to skip breakfast :)

over the weekend i was good. Did have grilled chicken, grilled fish,salads and water.
Yesterday:

Breakfast: Only had a coffee

Lunch: green beans,salad,and a grilled fish on a gearge forman grill

dinner: Salad with lettuce,tomatos,green pepper,onion,broccoli,eggs, mushrooms,carrots, and aliitle bit of grinded cheese with fat free ranch

snack: yogurt dannone

AND i ALMOST FORGOT I`M ALSO DRINKING GREEN TEA

water: 1/4 gallon

exercise: bought a ablounge machine exercised for20 min.(would recommend everybody ):


weight:214 lost 5 pounds extremly HAPPY

hmmm there are realy no big secrets, try to keep control on the calories but don't eat to little, drink plenty of water and get in plenty of exercize :)

don't do the same exercize for too many weeks in a row, mix it up a bit otherwise your body will get used to it and the exercize will have a reduced effect.


lift weight to tone muscles and burn more calories :)

your doing great so far, keep it up :D

snack: fruit salad with apple,kiwi,annanas,strawberries,orange topped with blueberry juice

at 11p.m I had a hunger attack,had to eat something so I had a soup

Breakfast: only had a cup of cofee

lunch: grilled chicken breast with a salad

snack: fruit salad

dinner: grilled fish fillet with sweet tomatos

snack:strawberries

green tea: had three cups

water: 1/2 gallon

exercise: 0 :(
 
Just wanted to say hello Lucky, and welcome to the forum! You are so good about posting your food! I need to be better about actually listing out what I am eating. Seems like you are on a roll already with 18 pounds lost! Congrats! :)
 
is it bad if I eat grilled fish fillets for dinner (almost) everyday

is it going to slow my process of losing weight

I know they don`t have alot of fat and they have alot of proteins

just a quick question:confused:

I hope it doesn`t, because I love fish :)

I lost another 3 pounds (I`m so happy)

yesterday: breakfast (none)

lunch: salad

snack: apple

dinner: self made patato salad with grilled fish fillet and one cut tomato

snack: apple

water: 1/2 gallon

green tea: 4 cups

vegteble juice: 2 10oz glassas

exercise: 15min on ab lounge

guys I think my diet is working, just cut out the brad and meat and soda drinks and you must lose weight

and by the way IT`S MY BIRTHDAY TODAY I`M 22 :)

I WAS BAD OVER THE WEEKEND

WE PARTIED ALL WEEKEND, WERE DRINKING ALOT OF BEER:D

BUT I WATCHED OUT WHAT I WAS EATING, I TRIED NOT TO EAT ANY BREAD,MEAT AND SODAS BUT THE BEER:D I COULDN`T RESIST

YESTERDAY WAS STRESSFULL(who works in the trucking business he/she knows)

didn`t have time for brekfast or lunch :(

dinner: I had smoked beef with stew

snack: plums

water::confused: i don`t remember

exercise: 0

weighted myself today I`M DOWN TO 209 WHOOOOOOOPII

BUT I GUESS ITS OVER

CAN`T DO IT ANYMORE
