I started my diet 12-14-05 I weighted 232 lbs.
My Current weight is 219 lbs
My short term goal is 210lbs by March 1
My Long term goal is 185 lbs
Yesterday:
Breakfast: 1 bowl of cereal
Lunch: 6 inch subway veggie with diet pepsi
snack: orange
dinner: salad
exercise:
30 min walking
water:
3/4 gallon
Any advice would be appricated
