Hi all-
I am starting this diary because I want to lose weight. Whether it is gaining weight by muscle, or losing everything all together. I want to lose my bodyfat. I am not a fat guy, just a little on the chunky side in some areas. Those areas include:
- Manboobs
- A little gut when I sit down
I currently weight 203lbs, and I am down to 200 today, but I havn't eaten anything in the past couple of days that was really nutrious for me. I want to start running before work, and lifting after work. Water and Milk are my main beverages of choice now.
My goal is I want to be able to start wearing shirts that are truley my size (mediumish). I don't want to have my man boobs poking out or my gut hanging out when I sit down.
There are some pills out there that I will try to boost my metabolism, and I will update this site frequently as I can.
Back to school in under 2 weeks, so I want to try and lose 10+lbs.
