This is day one of my weight loss journey.

Name: Ayoub
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 240 lbs
Age: 18
Goal: 165 lbs

Hey guys welcome to my diary. I will ne posting my daily eating and exercise schedule.
I will get a gym membership starting monday.

Week 1 day 1:
Today I did a morning fasted 30 minute jog.
I had eggs, bread and olive oil for breakfast.
For lunch I had sourdough toast, spinache, samon.
I had 1 can of soda.
This evening I have soccer team training.
For dinner I will have some pasta probably.

That's going to wrap up my day 1.
It needs a lot of improvement, but that's what I'm here for.
Any tips are indeed always welcome.
 
Hi, Ayoub & welcome to the forum. At your age, & even with your current level of activity, if you continue to eat well, you shouldn't have too much trouble getting down to your goal weight. You made need to make sure you are eating enough to get the right nutrients. Try to eat more vegetables.
 
Hello Ayoub and welcome to the diaries! Your goal weight sounds sensible to me and your food doesn´t seem half bad either, although I agree with Cate that more vegetables might be helpful (unless you were loading that pasta with veggies anyway). Best of luck in your endeavors; stick with your plans, adjust where needed and you´ll get there in the end.
